From operations and finance to compliance and student engagement, the management team provides the structure and guidance that allow Cantraybridge to thrive.

The team’s expertise spans education, care, business support, and organisational development. In the past year, they have steered Cantraybridge through significant milestones, including the submission of our Care Inspectorate registration, the roll‑out of new digital systems, and the strengthening of staff development initiatives. Their work ensures that our services remain person‑centred, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of young people with learning disabilities across the Highlands.

Our management team also plays a vital role in building partnerships and securing funding. Collaborations with organisations such as Home Energy Scotland, Inspiring Young Voices, and Ross‑shire Engineering have been nurtured under their leadership, expanding opportunities for students and strengthening Cantraybridge’s place in the wider community. They have also supported successful grant applications, helping to fund new transport, transitions support, and innovative projects that enhance student independence.

Equally important is their commitment to student voice.
